Simple Logging methods that can be used to provide a centralised logging service as part of a web/application farm.

• whatExists
  Retrieve a comma delimited list of log categories available
• getLog
  Retrieve an XML document of the log for the specified category filename
• addLog
  Add a log entry to the specified category
• addLog2
  Add a log entry to the specified category and source (eg such as a server within a farm)
